After four and a half months in another shop I gave up with that shop and had it towed to Bristows and with in a couple of hours they were able to diagnose the problem and it was running again. Fantastic service and expertise.

Great shop, I was in and out fast for an oil change.

If you have a European car, this place definitely knows their stuff. The front desk staff has changed over the years I’ve been a customer and it’s not quite the same as it used to be (I would have given 5 stars before for the attention and care I got from Jordan and Chris…). Solid and meticulous work but definitely not inexpensive. I would trust any Euro car in their hands though. They can book up so get your appointments in early!

First time customer. Found out about this shop on Instagram. Excellent customer service from both Kathy and Bob, very knowledgeable and friendly. Most of all they gave me good value and TRUSTWORTHY! Strictly no BS. Glad I found them and worth the drive from Federal Way. I’d rate them 10 stars if I could!

The DEF fuel line on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Eco Diesel (his name is PAUL) got ripped out going over the pass. It also damaged the DEF fuel filter. I was having a hard time finding anyone who would work on it. Or even return my call. I thought I might have to figure out how to fix it myself. So, I started to look for the parts. When I did finally get a response, the quotes were very high! For the amount the shop near to me quoted, I could have bought the parts 4 times over. Then I saw the IG ad for Bristow's. We messaged back and forth. Then Kathy gave me a call to set up a time to bring it in. She got me in the next day. I dropped PAUL off on Tuesday (they gave me a ride home too) and they had him all fixed and ready by Friday afternoon!!!!! They probably would have had it fixed and ready to go the same day if they didn't have to wait for the dealership to send the parts. They were very friendly, fast, and very efficient. They made me feel welcomed and even giggled when I told them "He's name is PAUL." I'm not sure if its family owned, but it felt that way. They definitely earned my business!!! Hopefully PAUL won't need anymore work, other than regular maintenance. But I know I will Definitely bring him back to Pete and the team for all his future needs! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!!! THANKS FOR FIXING PAUL!!!!!!
