Do not take your old Alfa here. They barely know what they're doing. They ruined the driveshaft in my Alfa 75 after having it for close to 6 months. They'll promise timelines just to disappoint you and extend them. If they think you'll accept work, they'll go ahead and start working on it without your permission and try to charge you for it. They'll return your car in worse shape. On one occasion the car came back with the handbrake not adjusted and the steering wheel on at an angle. Now the exhaust is hanging lower than it should. Goes to show you the attention to detail they simply refuse to have. On top of all that their prices are over the top. Especially considering what they deliver. Avoid for the safety of your Alfa.

Great service! Had an issue that required a tow and Bristow’s was able to get me in on short notice and back on the road again quickly. Communication was great and very thorough. Would highly recommend for all your Porsche needs.

Honorable mention goes to the final front office staff that is a professional as well as well mannered and his name, Sparky (names have changed to protect the identity). He is a beautiful black lab that is well mannered, loving and will greet you upon your arrival. When visitinig, make sure you say hi to him. Every experience is an individual experience. Just understand that this was my personal experience based on the current front office staff and technicians. (as of 09/2025)
