Had to get my Jaguar checked out. It had been awhile and the engine light came on. The dealership can't and won't work on it because of its age (2005). I was referred to Bristow's and after talking with Scott, took it in. They put a scanner on it and gave it a complete "check up". There were two things that jumped out at me when I picked it up and drove away. I really think the dealership would have charged more for all the work that Bristow's did. It needed a lot and they did a lot. My car was driving like it was brand new. I couldn't believe it. I stepped on the gas and it almost got away from me. Everyone I met there was friendly and professional. Now I know where I can take my car when it needs work. Bonnie D

My BMW X5 was running really rough and misfiring. I had already had the spark plugs and ignition coils changed prior, but it was still not fixed. I took it to Bristow’s Auto Repair and Kathy and the team were fantastic. The friendly service from start to finish was brilliant, they had the car running smoothly and had all the electrical issues fixed in a few hours. Overall, the experience was great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled auto repair garage, especially if you have a European car!
